better known as Joi Sanchez is an emerging multifaceted, self-taught artist. A native New Yorker, A mother, poet, painter, photographer, actress & writer at the beginning of her career; I seek to create social change through art. I have been a resident beautification artist & member of the historic WOW Cafe Theater. She has been featured in River Of Honey production of "The Marathon" at the WOW Cafe Theater. What I do?I am currently freestyling my way through life. I live to make art in various forms, to change the way we (people) see each other and ourselves. My primary discipline is photography. Although I am also available for mural paintings, small bit acting roles, spoken word performance, and freelance writing.

I approach my work with a unique perspective that takes into account your needs and your individual wants. My style and technique are broad and flexible. I primarily shoot in black & white because to me there is beauty in the natural light. I can shoot in color, fashion, stills, etc. I also shoot events & productions.
